Rock climbing
Decided to take a rock climbing class, it was awesome!! I really got a good work out from the first day, thanks to Felix and Tammy! 
I get to test out my abs, which is lacking in strength, but not much pain around the incision area. Everything else works find. Tingling and numbness in the fingers and toes don’t bother me at this point.
