A little tired

i have been doing a lot of stuff for the past few months that i feel a little tired. now i am trying to cut down on the number of things i do and also removing stressful or potentially stressful tasks/projects.

my sleeping time is around 11ish, i am trying to get it to 10pm becuz it was say to be the best time for body to start resting. i eat regularly and a lot more vegetables and fruits. also exercising a bit more.
