Bloated Stomach
I have been having a bloated stomach for the past 3 days and some minor pain here and there around the belly button area. When pressed upon, the abdomenal felt hard like a fully inflated volleyball. There were very little bowel movement since Tuesday and every time after a meal I just feel like laying down. I believe it’s indigestion because it’s listed as one of the side effects on the prescription label of one of the anti-allergy medicine I took for ct scan. I never really know what indigestion is like so I am not sure but I think this is what it is. The pre-med I took is called Prednisone. It is strange because I don’t think I had stomach problem with it before. It use to give me difficult time sleeping on the night that I take it. I would be awake the entire night no matter how hard I tried to fall asleep. And the next day I would be all tired all day. Good thing it doesn’t last more than one night. I usually sleep like a baby the next night. So what’s strange is this time I slept well but the side effect is indigestion instead. I wonder if my body has changed to react differently or the drug content has been made with slight variation to it. By Thursday night, I started to have more bowel movement and my stomach is less hard than the previous days. The pain was still there but seems like it is decreasing. However, any pain in the stomach area just reminds me of what happened two years ago, even tho the pain is different and at different ara. I can’t really describe it but I felt different. I’ll consult with the doctor tomorrow.
