I am sick…

I just caught a cold. The throat started to get itchy 2 days ago and coughing started yesturday… My remedy is drinking fresh lemon juice + hot water. It definitely helped but still a little too late. I found out that if I lay flat on bed at night sleeping, I’d cough more but if I raise my upper body to about 35 degree angle or more, the coughing is less. So in case you got sick too, you can try the above methods out. It’s surprising that I didn’t get “sick” at all during chemotherapy treatment and surgery when my immune system is weaker, but instead I got sick now after recovery from cancer. hmm… Ok, time to go drink some water and rest up.

  2. Dear Jason…it is an honour to meet you through your website. I just wanted to share with you some information that might help you on your journey. Wild Oil of Oregano is a powerful anti-viral and immune booster. Starving cancer cells is also important when you are living with cancer. Preventing yeast from growing in your body is key. Yeast feeds on sugar and anything that you eat and drink that can turn into a sugar in your body. Food combining and avoiding certain foods is the gentle way to cleanse your system. Just thought that you should know. Take care.

  4. Hello, Jason!

This is the “M” from “GirlTalkMD”. The “D” has decided she wants to get a some tan, so she is outside on the deck. (I told her, “Not too much!” Yeah… it’s not so good to have too much.)

Just wanted to register ourselves with you here and be part of the Helping Hands to bring you CHEER! :D YAY!

It’s funny that you mention sitting up at “about 35 degree angle or more” because I also have a lung condition and I get get bronchitis attacks, so MY HUSBAND is also one to believe in the “35 degree angle” rule! XD I don’t like it when I have to sleep that way, but IT REALLY DOES HELP! I don’t cough so much and HE can get some sleep, too! Lol!

    Hugs from CANADA, TOOO!

    The “M” of “GirlTalkMD” :)
