Crazy fun?!
woohooo i cant believe i am going skydiving tomorrow!!!
the hardest part of it so far is actually signing the waiver and agreement.
7 pages long and require making initials on every paragraph. took me an hour and took a 10 mins nap in the middle. it asks u if u r willing to risk dying or losing a limb for skydiving, wth haha but i guess it is a possibility, even tho very very small, it’s life and death, and people should think about it before they take on the challenge.
watched point break the movie!! it’s about surfing and skydiving, awesome!!! “you pull, no you pull, no you pull.”
also watched the 3 skydiving safety and instructions videos again and realized that we get to pull the parachute ripcord and control the direction of the gliding flight down!!
the place we are going to is called “skydive the ranch” located in upstate new york. the website is skydivetheranch.com
the reason we are going to this place is because it is the “closest” (2 hour drive) out of all the skydiving facilities we can find and it is the most well known.
this is a test to see how well my incision scar is gonna hold up and how well my body can handle the “challenge” of falling 120 MPH from 13,500 feet in the air.
