Free You Mind

I recently read this book “The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich
” and I really like it cuz it goes with the way I think and it provided some good tips and tricks that I can use. I am going to incorporate some of the ideas into my daily personal and business activities. For one I am going to “un-busy” myself. It does not mean getting lazy, it just means I need to stop doing things that are not important or unnecessary to free up my mind. Second is to reduce the frequency of email checking to twice per day. Third is to “de-clutter” my office and living space. Basically going Zen like
Less on your mind = less in stress = reduced chance of cancer recurrance. Not to mention you get more productive when you can focus on just one thing. Everyone should practice it!
