Real Customer Service
I have a problematic Sandisk Ultra II 4GB compact flash card. Every time I take some pictures, there are always some that come out corrupted. I have no problem using other cf cards with my camera so I concluded that it’s this card that needs to be replaced. I called Sandisk support and spent an hour “talking” to the support technician and can only understand 75% of what he was talking about… During the phone call, I would have to help him finish his sentence cuz he couldn’t pronounce certain words and was stuttering for a few seconds and then apologize for it, then repeat from the beginning. haha Anyways I think companies should not outsource support and customer service to foreign countries where English is not their primary language. I can just imagine how upset some customers can get when dealing with defective product and having to talk to a service person that they can’t understand. I think I’ll call back and see if I get a better customer servie rep another day.
