P90X Bring It!
I have been on this exercising program for the past half year, it’s called P90X! It is awesome! It has helped me really get in shape because it’s “simple” to do, just play the video and follow the instructions. The entire 90 days of workout is plotted out so you don’t have to do the scheduling. They even provide the worksheet for recording your progress so you can see your improvements over time. I lost maybe around 15 lbs and lost 5-6% body fat. I weight about 140 lbs and around 11% body fat. It has become part of my life. Now if I don’t do it I don’t feel good! The first few weeks is the toughest because you will feel sore all over every single day but once you passed that stage, it’s like a walk in the park now
Also this program is simple to setup and you can easily set it up at home. You just need some dumb bells and a chin up bar. it’s very convenient for me to exercise at home because it saves time and I can do it whenever I need to. I usually start at around 10pm and end around 11:30pm to midnight. Some people may not like working out before going to bed, but it works for me. I get my exercises, exhaust myself, take a shower and then go to bed. I sleep better. If I work out in the morning, I would feel tired all day and can’t really focus on doing work and other activities. Just want to share this info. P90X Bring It! haha
Keep up the good work. I didn’t get to work out today and I can really feel it. Two years and still going!
