Hey I just had bowel movement at around 1:10pm and unloaded quite some amount!! Whew!! That means my digestive system is flowing alright and maybe the pain felt yesterday was just it working hard processing and moving food. Thank goodness!!
btw the stomach/ab area has no pain normally but when pressed, there is slight pain around belly button area and below, just a note.
