I am going to incorporate some of the ideas into my daily personal and business activities. For one I am going to “un-busy” myself. It does not mean getting lazy, it just means I need to stop doing things that are not important or unnecessary to free up my mind. Second is to reduce the frequency of email checking to twice per day. Third is to “de-clutter” my office and living space. Basically going Zen like Less on your mind = less in stress = reduced chance of cancer recurrance. Not to mention you get more productive when you can focus on just one thing. Everyone should practice it!

I have been exercising every other day for the past few weeks which is really good. I do some push ups, sit ups, bicep curls, shoulder raises, and jumping jacks. Just recently, my friend posted online that he’s on P90X. I was curious and so I googled it. It turned out to be an extreme workout program to get ripped and fit in 90 days. So I did some more research and reading. It’s nicely planned out with day 1,3,5 on weights but different part of the body. Day 1 chest and back, day 3 shoulders and arms, day 5 legs and back. Day 2,4,6 are cardios to work out the calories, build stamina, endurance and strength. It’s great becuz I am sorta reinventing the wheel myself by creating my own exercises. Good to have a program with plotted out exercises for one to follow. Then I asked my friend about it. He said he did it last year and he got pretty lean and fit. He’s looking to get a little more mass this time. I’ve always wanted to get more fit and more definition especially now after the surgeries, I haven’t really exercised much and my muscles are weak especially the abs. So I decided to join him and got my cousin to participate as well for support and motivation. I’ll post status update from time to time and we’ll see if I do get ripped in 90 days =) P90X, Bring It!

I also got a Wii Fit, thanks to my bro and sister-in-law on going to the stores to wait for it!! I’ll make good use of it and report its usage result here!!

My weight has just dropped a little bit below 160 and fat percentage around 16.5%

looks like fungus not sure what it is but it expanded since the last time i saw the doctor which was back in august. tried some cream seems to have worked but stopped using it. sis got Lobotrim applied it and the top crusty layer came off seems to be working somewhat. will see nurse on tuesday 10/9 will have her check it out. it is on the horizontal incision area near the belly button. it’s about nickel size now. seems to have moved down. it used to be on top of the incision but the top part cleared and the bottom expanded.
cancer related? hmm… dont think so. googled online skin cancer doesnt look like this. look more like some kinda infection.
